Ask a new question. How do I ask clients to add the "Join with a video conferencing device" option within the invitation they send - some people include that link, so we can use video conference rooms for the call and others do not, so we have to dial in from the desk.
Nobody can explain the difference in the way meetings are set up to include that option. Please could you provide a precise explanation as an answer to a previous similar question included a hyperlink which did not provide an adequate answer.
Based on your description, do you mean that some people can click the link to join your meeting but some people need to dial the meeting number in outlook client? If fact, if you create a Teams meeting, recipients will receive the the emails with a link with Join the meeting now.
So you said that add the "Join with a video conferencing device", do you mean that is about the third-party meetings? Below is an example of an invitation that allows us to as it has the "Join with video conference device" option in the second bold line:. Click here to join the mee xxx. Also below this is another example of an invitation that does not contain this line in the invitation, which means we can not use VC.
